At each national conference, the AIPN presents a number of awards to those members who contribute in a significant way to injury prevention and safety promotion. These recipients are nominated by their peers, and reviewed by the AIPN Executive Committee.

Lifetime Contribution in Injury Prevention: Emeritus Professor John Pearn, University of Queensland
Award for Achievement in Research in Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion: Associate Professor Belinda Gabbe, Monash University
Award for Sustained Achievement in Injury Prevention: Professor Rebecca Ivers, George Institute for Gllobal Health, University of Sydney
Pam Albany Memorial: Award for Contribution to Policy in Injury Prevention and Safety: Sue Wicks, East Kimberley Indigenous Coordination Centre
